TFD Training are happy to design training specifically for your needs or combine our small workshops to provide you with a full day or half day sessions.

You should make sure that you and your drivers have the knowledge to help them stay safe on the roads, especially if you have a large or dispersed workforce. Arranging driver training courses within their busy schedules can be difficult, so with this in mind we have developed toolbox sessions consisting of a set of interactive bite-size presentations from which you can select the appropriate driver safety tools.

For an example: You can have a full day (choose up to 6 subjects) or half day (choose up to 3 subjects) with a maximum of 20 in a classroom or 10 online. Some suggested subjects are:

• Drink and Drug Driving
• Mobile Phone Use and Distractions
• Driver Awareness
• Parking / Manoeuvring
• Speeding and Awareness of Speed Limits
• Seasonal Driving
• Vehicle familiarisation (vehicle technology)
• Vehicle checks and self-checks

If the training is to be at your premises or another training venue they need to be acceptable for conducive learning and should feature aspects like:

• Suitable size room(s) that can accommodate the training
• Comfortable environment for the learners (i.e. relaxing dress code)
• Facilities such as kitchen and bathroom facilities for the learners
